Rita Fornino, President of Garrison-Randall, began her executive search career in January 1987.  Recruiting exclusively within the health care field, she established herself as one of the industry’s most successful administrative and clinical recruiters.  In January of 1992 she was responsible for founding the San Francisco branch of Garrison-Randall.  Her prior tenure with the West Coast’s largest executive search firm advanced Rita’s career into management where she received numerous achievement awards culminating with the company’s most prestigious award, “Corporate Account Executive of the Year”.  Rita’s Masters Education is in Clinical Psychology, her Bachelors Degree is from Franklin and Marshall College.

Karin Hein, Vice President of Clinical Recruitment, entered the Human Resources field in 1987. Her experience with such distinguished organizations such as Children’s Hospital of San Francisco, California Pacific Medical Center, Stanford University Medical Center, and Catholic Healthcare West’s Northern California Regional Office has made her an invaluable asset to Garrison-Randall.  Karin has held positions of increasing responsibility with these organizations to include Senior Recruitment Specialist and Manager of Employee Relations, culminating with Director of Regional Employment.  Karin graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.  She joined Garrison-Randall in 2000.

Shannon Miller, Director of Clinical Recruitment, joined Garrison-Randall in 2002 as Executive Assistant to the President and has since held positions of increasing responsibility. Within a year she was promoted to Manager of Research and Operations, and in 2005, was promoted to Director of Clinical Recruitment.  Shannon earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Duke University and joined Garrison-Randall after a four-year career as an educator, from which she learned valuable communication skills that have served her well in developing a rapport with candidates and clients.

Julia Prebilich, Director of Medical Recruitment, joined Garrison-Randall in 2005 as Manager of Research and Operations and was promoted to Director of Medical Recruitment in 2007.  Julia earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California.  Her background in large event management provides a unique human resources perspective, which affords her an innate sense of urgency, ability to effectively prioritize her work, and success in managing multiple demanding projects.

Erin Garvey, Manager of Research and Operations, joined Garrison-Randall in 2007. Erin's oversight of the research department is vital to the timely and successful completion of your search. Depending upon the nature of the assignment, our research associates undertake a market study and subsequent development of a comprehensive roster of targeted organizations, potential qualified candidates, and initiate preliminary contact with identified individuals. As our approach to candidate recruitment is personalized, Garrison-Randall does not use web based research methodologies; as experience shows, the majority of healthcare leaders do not utilize this approach.
